摘要:分析西洋参在仿生态保鲜条件下的有效成分变化,以评价保鲜西洋参的质量。结果表明:西洋参保鲜180d,西洋参中总糖减少16.14%,多糖减少1.97%,总皂苷减少了0.08%,主要皂苷种类Rg1减少0.02%,Re减少0.13%,Rb10.04%,氨基酸含量增加了0.66%上海日语翻译。
Abstract: we studied the changes of American ginseng's active ingredients under the imitation ecological conditions preservation, in order to evaluate the quality of fresh ginseng. The results showed that keeping fresh American ginseng in 180 days reduced 16.14% of total sugar, polysaccharide decreased 1.97%, total saponins reduced 0.08%, the main saponin types of Rg1 decreased 0.02%, Re decreased 0.13%, Rb1 0.04%, the content of amino acids increase 0.66%.
