林素娥女士投入东方女性内衣研发制造近二十年，加上市场营销管理的丰富经验，被誉为亚太区美体事业祖师级人物，在行内有「美体创造者‧营销先行者」美誉。早在1975年林女士远嫁日本，并于1983年在日本亲身体验当时由欧洲引进改良的女性塑身内衣，由于她的创造及分享的本能，认为：「这样的产品不应该只有日本女人独享」；于是，在1988年正式把塑身内衣及营销文化引进台湾，并以「健康工程‧美丽人生」为经营目标，成功在台湾创办新扬国际集团，让东方女性体验真正的完美曲线、传播优美的文化上海翻译公司。

Madam Lin Su’e has been engaged in R&D of oriental woman’s underwear for two decades, based on her rich experience in marketing administration, she is entitled as the founder of woman’s underwear industry in A&P region and enjoys the reputation of “ creator and vanguard of woman’s underwear industry”. In 1975, Madam Lin got married in Japan. In 1983, she happened to wear body shaping underwear in Japan, which was introduced from Europe and was improved in Japan. Owing to her instinct of innovation and sharing, she believed that “ this shall not only be possessed by Japanese women”. After that in 1988, she introduced woman’s body shaping underwear and related marketing culture to Taiwan. With “ Healthy project, beautiful life” as the operation objective, she successfully established Re-Young International Group in Taiwan in the hope that oriental woman can get  perfect body figure and to promote the culture of beauty.

在市场上，林女士是一位成功及优秀的企业家，她在台湾以个人名义曾获得多个殊荣；同时，林女士也是一个热心公益的人物，她以「受诸社会‧用诸社会」为理念，积极在台湾、甚至远至中国回馈社会，进行捐款、助学儿童等等英语口译。

Madam Lin is a successful and outstanding entrepreneur and she has won several honorary titles in the name of herself. In addition, Madam Lin is also interested in public benefit activities. With the concept of “ gaining profits from the society and returning benefits to the society”, she actively donated to support children’s education in Taiwan as well as China mainland.
