The contract territory is located at the Raiymbek region of Almaty oblast at the south ridge of Ketmen mountain. Settlement – Tuyuk mine (is suspended) is located in the center of the square. There are human resources in the Tuyuk village (specialists of mine industry), as well as electricity, storage facilities, etc. The nearest rail way station Almaty is situated in a distance of 240 km. There is an asphalted road with a strong cover from Almaty to Tuyuk mine. The region is provided with drinking and process water.
