With the strong base of our CPS business and the excellent performance of the CPS team, we have an ideal platform from which to build.  By bringing our commercial teams together, we will be even better placed to capitalise on our BTA activities when market and customer needs demand this.    Both Daniel and Sandford have led very successful strategies and I know that under Sandford's leadership, the team will rise to the commercial challenges ahead while Daniel continues to build our CPS service capability as well lead our other South East Asia teams.

These changes are a signal of De La Rue's commitment to build our strength in China both from a procurement and sales perspective and our decision to do so is based on the achievements and commitment of all of you.  These changes will also allow everyone to participate and collaborate more fully in the overall business and I hope will provide broader career opportunities in the future.  I wish you all great success in developing our business activities in China and thank you for the tremendous efforts that have made today's announcement such an important step forward for De La Rue in China.
