近年来, 随着世界范围内旅游业的兴起和旅游企业逐步发展成熟, 企业战略管理问题成为许多旅游企业共同关注的问题。一些学者认识到旅游企业战略管理的重要性, 他们借鉴战略管理领域的相关研究成果, 在旅游企业进行研究, 取得了一些研究成果(Edgar and Taylor, 1996; Okumus and Roper, 1999; Olsen and Roper, 1998)。但是, 这些研究大都是英美学者在英美国家的企业进行研究得到的。在现有的文献中, 几乎没有关于非英美国家旅游企业战略管理的研究资料。土耳其学者Okumus(2002)号召非英美国家的研究人员对旅游企业管理进行本土化研究, 探讨不同文化背景下旅游企业战略管理的相关问题, 以便进一步丰富战略管理理论, 指导旅游企业管理实践。为了响应这一号召, 本文在一个非英美国家——中国, 对旅游企业战略管理展开研究。作者以中国西部地区旅游饭店业为研究对象, 在问卷调查和统计分析的基础上得出研究结论深圳英语翻译。
In recent years, with the emerging of the tourist industry and the gradual development and maturing of tourist enterprises in the world, the problem of enterprise strategic management has become a common concern of many tourist enterprises. Some scholars realize the importance of the strategic management of tourist enterprises. They borrow ideas from the related research results in the field of strategic management, conduct research in tourist enterprises, and achieve some research results (Edgar and Taylor, 1996; Okumus and Roper, 1999; Olsen and Roper, 1998). However, almost all these research results are obtained by British and American scholars in enterprises of Britain and America. In the existing literature, there are almost no research materials on the strategic management of tourist enterprises in countries other than Britain and America. Okumus(2002), a Turkish scholar, calls on the researchers in countries other than Britain and America to conduct localization research on the management of tourist enterprises and to explore the related problems in strategic management of tourist enterprises under different cultural background so as to further enrich the theories of strategic management and to guide the practice of tourist enterprise management. In answer to this call, the present paper conducts research on strategic management in tourist enterprises in China—a country other than Britain and America. The author uses the tourist hotel industry in China’s western region as the object of study and draws research conclusions on the basis of questionnaire survey and statistic analysis.
