乙方将向甲方提供在工作说明书中列明的服务。乙方将尽自身所知及所能, 按照良好专业操守的要求向甲方提供服务。乙方的服务目标是在项目进展中提供指导意见, 确保准时、保质地向甲方提交本项目项下的服务成果(以下简称“服务成果”)北京英语翻译。
The ”Party B” will provide ”Party A” with the service described in the SOW, to extent of its best knowledge and ability in fine professional ethics. The goal of service provided by ”Party B” is to offer instructions and directions in the process of the project, so as to ensure timely delivery and quality service achievement (hereinafter referred as “achievement”) under this project to ”Party A”.
甲方保证尽自身之所知向乙方提供筹划和进行本项目及服务所需的一切资料、数据和信息, 乙方可以依赖或使用甲方提供的该等资料、数据和信息的准确性和完整性, 而无需对其进行任何独立的调查或核实。乙方因其对甲方提供的不准确资料、数据和信息之依赖, 而造成的后果, 乙方概不负责, 但乙方有过错的情况除外广州翻译公司。
The “Party A” guarantees to provide ”Party B” with the planning, materials, data and information necessary for this project and the service, to extent of its best knowledge. The accuracy and completion of the materials, data and information from ”Party A” can be relied on or used by the ”Party B”, without need to conduct any independent survey or verification. The ”Party B” will assume no responsibility for any results caused by the inaccuracy of materials, data or information provided by ”Party A”, except the case that ”Party B” defaults. |
