软件使用许可 Atlas在此特向客户授予在指定操作环境下使用定单规定的产品的非排他、不可转让、永久的全球软件使用许可权（不包括二次使用许可权），改软件使用许可在本地址安装并执行，仅以安全备份为目的复制并专用于客户一般业务需求，而且仅为目标代码，客户无权修改，所提供的日平均广告数量不得超过选择版本规定的最大数值。本软件的使用许可也应遵照下列条款或任何定单规定的可适用型额外限制条款的规定。 客户清楚，为了监督本产品的使用，控制软件使用许可管理，某些产品可能包含密码保护、反复制子程度或其他指定的安全措施英语翻译。
Atlas hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, nontransferable, perpetual, worldwide license (without the right of sublicense) to install and execute at the Site(s), copy for security back-up purposes only, and use, solely for Customer's ordinary business purposes, the Products specified in the Order Form(s) under the specified Operating Environment, in object code only, with no right to modify, provided that the Average Daily Ads Served does not exceed the maximum number permitted for the Selected Tier. This License shall also be subject to any applicable additional restrictions described below or in any Order Form. Customer acknowledges that certain of the Products may include password protection, anticopying subroutines or other security measures designed to monitor the usage of the Products for license management purposes.
软件许可证书报告为了检查客户是否遵守本协议的规定，客户每年应在生效日期后三十（30）天内生成一份软件软件许可证书报告，或允许Atlas生成此类报告法语口译。
Annually, within thirty (30) days after the anniversary of the Effective Date, Customer shall generate a license report, or permit Atlas to generate such license report, in order to verify Customer’s compliance with this Agreement. |
