2007年年初在接到工程任务后, 项目部们就认真分析、仔细研究工程特点, 该工程地理位置非常特殊, 紧邻长安街、中组部及中联部宾馆, 且四周都有居民居住, 地域比较特殊, 施工时间及材料运输将大大受到限制; 建设单位要求工期特别的紧, 1、2、3号楼均要求在11月15日前完成装修工作, 但其中1、2号楼单层面积比较小, 且结构形式单一, 比较简单, 塔吊容易布置, 场地比较大, 易于组织施工, 但3号楼单层面积比较大, 且结构复杂, 墙体有三次厚度及墙体布置变化, 周边场地小, 且紧邻两个未拆迁户, 3号楼的成功与否是整个工程工期实现的关键所在。本工程工期短, 仅仅7个半月的时间, 所以在施工中不容许有半点失误和返工。鉴于工程的工期紧这一突出特点, 项目部们把整个工程组织实施重点放在工期控制上, 以工期控制这条主线反向部署机械、人力, 分阶段控制材料, 并根据实际情况选择适宜的施工方法, 采用了反思维方式进行周密计划上海翻译公司。

This project was quite short in time limit and no mistakes or rehandling is allowed within the seven and half months’ construction time. The project team gave great priority to the control on the time limit, deploying the machinery, manpower, staging control materials in opposite direction based on the time limit, chose suitable construction method according to the actual situation and adopted the reverse mode of thinking for considerate plan.
