作为校园招聘入职项目的一部分，卓越工程项目将为我们的新员工提供微软工程项目的体验。这方面的体验是针对那些直接走出大学或只有1-2年行业经验的微软员工。今年第一届微软工程项目体验将会于5月5日-16日启动。目的是向新雇员展示微软的文化以及微软的产品开发周期。此举有助于新员工在微软产品开发周期的每一个阶段需要做什么有所了解日语翻译。

As one important part of the Campus Hires On-boarding Program, Engineering Excellence will be offering our new employees Microsoft Engineering Project Experience.  This experience is targeted at employees that are starting at Microsoft straight out of university, or only have 1-2 years of industry experience.  The first session of the Microsoft Engineering Project Experience for this year will take place starting on May 5^th to May 16^th.  The goal is to expose these new employees to the Microsoft culture and to the Microsoft Product Development Lifecycle.  This way the new employees have a sense of what they need to do during each phase of the Microsoft Product Development Lifecycle.

在体验期间，新员工将会加入一个团队来做一个项目。他们先从开发要求做起，然后到设计、实施、稳定，到最终发布。而且在此期间，我们还将会提供在整个微软职业生涯可能影响到他们的其他领域的培训上海陪同口译。

During this experience, the new employees will work on a project with a team.  They will start with developing the requirements, then move on to design, implementation, stabilization, and end with final release.  Also during this time we will provide training in other areas that will be impactful to them over the course of their career here at Microsoft.
