Regulations of after sales service
为了给用户提供满意放心的优质产品, 公司根据《中国消费者保护法》, 《中国产品质量法》及“三包”的有关条款和规定, 制定售后服务规则如下:
To provide the customers with satisfied and assured high-quality products, in accordance with related terms and conditions of Consumer Protection Law of The People's Republic of China, Product Quality Law of The People's Republic of China and “Three Guarantees”, our company has established after sales regulations as follows:
1. 在产品保修期内(购买日为准), 产品出现故障时候, 对在公司指定代理店、指定网点维修的用户, 不收取任何维修费用北京翻译公司。
If the products failed within the guarantee period (as per purchasing date), our company shall not charge the customers who are repairing the products in appointed agency shops and service networks with any repair costs.
2. 以下情况将收取一定的材料费、维修费及运输费:
超过保修期的; 因用户过失造成产品故障的, 如连接非规定电源(AC.220V), 用户操作不当等; 遭受自然灾害或意外事故等的, 如雷击、浸水等。
A certain material costs, maintenance costs and transportation costs shall be charged under the following conditions:
Exceeding the guarantee period; product failures caused by customer defects, for example, connecting with non-specified power supply (AC.220V) and improper customer operation; suffering from natural disasters and accidents including thunder strikes and water immersions.
3. 用户保修后, 将在约定时间内上门服务。
After the customers applied for repair, our company shall have a room service within the appointed time.
4. 用户应妥善保管此产品保修书, 以做维修凭证上海英语口译。
The customer shall keep the product guarantee safe and act as the maintenance voucher.
5. 此保修书不得涂改, 涂改无效。
The guarantee is not allowed to alter; without validity if altered.
