根据江西省永修西红柿酱品有限公司（申请方）与美国数信国际经济技术发展集团初步商议的引资事宜之要求，我们于2005年7月21日——7月23日派出专家组赴申请方对原公司的初步可行性报告进行实地勘察、收集资料、座谈了解，并于2005年7月24日——7月30日组织专家进行了集体论证、实际测算、研究确认、撰写报告日语口译。

According to the requirement of investment attracting issue negotiated between Jiangxi Yongxiu Tomato Catsup Co., Ltd.(applying party) and American Digital & Information International Economy & Technology Development Group, an expert group has been sent out to the applying company to do the field survey, data collection and information discussion for the preliminary feasibility report during the period from 12^th to 23^rd, July, 2005,and the experts have been organized to conduct the group appraisal, actual calculate, research confirmation and report composing from 24^th to 30^th , July 2005.

江西省永修县西红柿酱品有限公司法人代表金世国先生，1959年出生于江西省永修县，大专文化程度。多年来，先后担任过江西云山垦殖场木竹厂厂长、靖安县纺织器材厂厂长、湖北仙桃钙塑厂副经理等职务。有丰富的企业管理经验，2004年开始到江西省永修县从事西红柿酱品项目的立项与组织。现任永修西红柿酱品有限公司董事长，正在带领公司管理曾为发展永修地区的农业经济做出自己的贡献上海翻译公司。

Mr. Jin Shiguo, the legal representative person of Jiangxi Yongxiu Tomato Catsup Company，was born in Yongxiu County, Jiangxi Province, Shanxi Province in 1959, with the education of junior college level. He has worked as the factory director of bamboo factory on Yunshan cultivate field in Jiangxi Province, factory director of textile equipment factory in Jing’an County, and vice-manager of Xiantao calcium and plastic factory in Hubei Province, etc. With the rich experience, he began to be engaged in the project-proposal and organization of tomato catsup project in Yongxiu, Jiangxi Province As the chairman of board in Yongxiu Tomato catsup Co., Ltd, he is leading the managing group to make their own contribution to the development of agriculture & economy in Yongxiu district
