本协议系受托人与XX有限公司及其在华子公司之间签订的委托贷款协议。本协议为XX有限公司于 年 月 日签订的《中国银行股份有限公司现金管理服务协议（2010年版）》的一部分。协议中的委托贷款只发生在XX有限公司及子公司之间，各子公司之间不根据此协议发生借贷关系。即,当签约子公司作为委托人或借款人，相应的借款人或委托人只能是XX有限公司；当签约方XX有限公司为委托人或借款人，相应的借款人或委托人只能是签约的子公司德语口译。
This agreement refers to an entrusted loan agreement between the entrustee, XX Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary in China. It is part of Cash Management Service Agreement of Bank of China (2010 Version), which was signed by XX Co., Ltd. on (date). The entrusted loan mentioned in the agreement is only between XX Co., Ltd. and the subsidiary. There is no creditor and debtor relation between various subsidiaries according to the agreement, i.e. when signatory subsidiary is the entrustor or borrower, corresponding borrower or entrustor shall only be XX Co., Ltd.; when XX Co., Ltd. is the entrustor or borrower, corresponding borrower or entrustor shall only be signatory subsidiary.
在本协议项下，委托人将其自有资金委托给受托人，由受托人根据委托人委托向借款人代为发放贷款，并协助委托人收回贷款上海翻译。
