泰勒(Taylor)在1911年最早提出竞争力这一概念, 企业竞争力这一概念最早由美国学者Philip Selznik于1957年提出, 他认为: 企业竞争力是能使一个企业比其他企业做得更好的特殊物质(能力)。Ingor Ansof和Kennerth Andrews相继在20世纪60年代和70年代的研究中推广了这一概念。对企业竞争力进行最为系统的研究体现在美国哈佛商学院的迈克尔r波特(Michael E.porter)教授的“竞争三部曲”之中@。他以创造性的思维提出了一系列竞争分析的综合方法和技巧, 为理解竞争行为和指导竞争行动提出了较为完整的理论框架。但波特关于竞争优势的来源和培育存在片面性: 一是主要强调成本和差异两方面因素, 对间接竞争力如管理、人力资源、技术创新等考虑较少; 二是在分析价值链与企业竞争优势的关系上忽略了核心能力的问题。三是对企业竞争力的分析仅限于财务学和市场营销学上, 经济学和管理学知识工具运用不足。事实上企业竞争力是一个综合的范畴, 离开经济学和管理学很难成为一个真正的理论体系英语口译。
Taylor was the first to propose the concept of competitiveness in 1911, and the concept of enterprise competitiveness was first proposed by American scholar Philip Selznik in 1957. He thought that the competitiveness of enterprises is a special material (capacity) by which an enterprise can do better than others. In the 60s and 70s of the 20th century, Ingor Ansof and Kennerth Andrews promoted this concept in their studies. A most systematic study on enterprise competitiveness is reflected by Harvard Business School's Professor, Michael E.porter’s Trilogy of a Competition. He proposed a series of comprehensive methods and techniques for analysis of competitiveness using his creative thinking, giving a more complete theoretical framework for the understanding of competitiveness behavior and for the guidance of competitiveness actions. But there are still unilateralism in the source and nurturing of competitiveness advantage: 1) Porter emphasized the two factors, difference and cost, but put less importance on the indirect competitiveness such as management, human resources and technological innovations; 2) In the analysis of the relationship between the value chain and enterprise competitiveness, the core capability is ignored. 3) It is limited to finance and marketing science in the analysis of the competitiveness of enterprises, and is inadequate in the use of economics and management knowledge. In fact, the competitiveness of enterprises belongs to a comprehensive category, so it is difficult to form a theoretic system in real sense without Economics and Management.
本文主要研究公司治理与企业竞争力的关系。本文分别从董事会治理、监事会治理、管理层治理以及股东权利度角度阐述了治理对于竞争力的关系。本文将竞争力定义为能力, 将企业竞争力划分为三个部分, 分别是资产、运营和体制。采用经验研究与实证研究相结合的方法, 全面具体分析了各个要素之间的相互关系 日语口译。
In this paper, the author conducts a study on the relationship between corporate governance and corporate competitiveness. This paper elaborated the relationship between governance and competitiveness from the aspects of board governance, monitoring committee governance, management-level governance and shareholders’ rights. In this paper, competitiveness is defined as capability. The competitiveness of enterprises is divided into three parts, namely, assets, operation and system. The combined methods of experimental study and empirical study are used for a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the relationship between the various elements.
