痤疮(acne)是一种由多种因素引起的慢性毛囊、皮脂腺炎症性皮肤病, 其发病机理较复杂。炎症反应是痤疮发生的重要原因之一, 痤疮丙酸杆菌是导致痤疮炎症发生的首要因素, 它通过分泌多种促炎症因子, 诱导局部炎症反应和机体的免疫反应[1]。2007年11月-2008年5月, 我科应用以色列飞顿公司生产的420nm光子治疗仪治疗中重度痤疮患者40例。此外通过皮内注射痤疮丙酸杆菌构建大鼠耳廓炎症痤疮模型[2], 观察420nm强脉冲光照射对该模型的影响, 并对照射前后皮损组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2) 进行免疫组化和Real-time PCR分析, 以进一步了解痤疮炎症反应的发生机理, 并为临床治疗提供理论依据广州英语翻译。
Acne is the chronic hair follicles, sebaceous gland inflammatory skin disease which is caused by a variety of factors. The mechanism of the disease is complicated. Inflammatory response is one of the most important reasons for the occurrence of acne. Propionibacterium acnes is the primary factor for the appearance of inflammatory response of acne, which induces the local inflammatory reaction and immune response of the body through the secretion of multiple pro-inflammatory cytokines [1]. From November 2007 to May 2008, 40 cases of moderate and severe facial acne patients were treated by our department through the application of 420nm photon therapy equipment manufactured by Israel Feidun Company. In addition, the rat auricular inflammation acne animal model was constructed through the intradermal injection of propionibacterium acnes[2]. The irradiation effect of 420nm intense pulsed light on the model was observed; the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) in the cutaneous lesion before and after irradiation were compared through the analysis of immunohistochemistry and real-time PCR. Therefore, the mechanism of inflammatory response of acne could be further understood and the theory evidence for the clinical therapy is provided.
