With the development of tourism in Chinese western area, cabaret industry shows fast developing trend. Cabaret expansion makes the competition between different cabarets become intensive. Now, most cabarets in Chinese western area are middle and small scale ones, so the research and policy for their own developing strategies is the key for them to make great progress. But, existing literatures lack the research about western cabaret strategic management. This paper discusses the sale strategy of tourism cabarets in western area on the basis of field survey and statistical analysis.
本文由五部分构成。首先, 作者对旅游接待业营销战略管理的相关文献进行简单回顾。然后, 作者根据西部12省旅游酒店业的统计数据, 描述西部地区酒店业发展现状和行业特点, 分析西部酒店经营面临的外部环境。接下来, 作者在内蒙古、四川、云南、广西、甘肃等西部地区的七家旅游酒店对顾客进行抽样调查, 调查顾客对西部酒店服务的看法, 了解西部酒店服务水平和顾客满意程度。本次研究共发放调查问卷1150份, 回收有效问卷958份。作者采用SPSS和LISREL统计软件对问卷数据进行统计分析, SPSS11.0软件分析数据的可靠性和有效性, LISREL8.4软件进行确认性因子分析和通迳分析。文章的第四部分是讨论和建议。作者根据数据第二和第三部分的分析结果探讨西部地区酒店营销战略, 为酒店管理人员制定营销战略提出意见和建议。最后, 作者指出本文的局限性和今后研究方向 法语翻译。
This paper consists of five parts. Firstly, author simply reviews related literatures of sale strategic management in tourism reception industry. Secondly, basing on statistic data about the tourism cabaret industry in 12 western provinces, author describes the developing actuality and industrial characteristic of western cabarets, and analyzes the exterior environment faced by western cabarets. Then, author makes spot check for the customers in seven tourism cabarets in NeiMengGu, Sichuan, YunNan, GuangXi, GanSu and other western areas to investigate customers’ attitude for western cabarets and know service level of western cabarets and satisfaction degree of customers. This research put out 1150 investigating questionnaires, and receives 958 available questionnaires. Author adopts statistic software SPSS and LISREL to analyze questionnaires data, SPSS 11.0 analyzes the reliability and efficiency of this data, and LISREL 8.4 makes affirming gene analysis and conduction analysis for this data. The forth part of this paper is discussion and suggestion. According to the analyzed result in part 2 and part 3 of data, author discusses the sale strategy of those cabarets in western area, and provides suggestion for how cabaret managers make sale strategy. Lastly, author indicates the limitation of this paper and research direction in future.
