目的:比较细胞培养、酶联免疫法(EIA)技术在检测性传播疾病门诊患者标本沙眼衣原体的意义。方法:收集性病门诊患者标本1350例进行细胞培养,EIA法检测,另得两法检测结果不相符的标本采用荧光PCR复检,比较分析细胞培养,EIA法与综合结果的相符性。结果:分析表明细胞培养与EIA法检测沙眼衣原体的敏感性分别为68.06%和98.60%,特异性分别为100%和99.0%俄语翻译。

Then use fluorescence PCR to recheck samples that have different results when detected with the above two methods, compare and analyze the conformance of cell culture, EIA method and integrative results. Results: Analysis shows that sensitivity of cell culture was 68.06%and 98.60% that of EIA method and specificity of cell culture was 100% and 99.0% that of EIA method.
