德国西门子有限公司，是一家全球性的专业大型电气公司。西门子（中国）有限公司为德国西门子全资子公司。1990年，由SIEMENS公司牵头，联合其它六家德国电气产品制造商组成联盟，制定了EIB技术标准并成立了中立的非商业性组织EIBA（EIB Associate，欧洲安装总线协会）上海翻译公司。

Germany's Siemens co., ltd is a global professional large-scale electrical company.  Siemens (China) co., ltd is a subcompany wholly owned by Germany's Siemens.  In 1990, SIEMENS took the initiative in setting up an association including other six Germany's manufacturers of electrical products. The association established the EIB technical standard and neutral uncommercial organization EIBA (EIB Associate, European installation bus association).

Since Siemens instabus EIB  system entered China in 1999, it has been applied formally in many projects such as shanghai Singapore consulate , shanghai lippo plaza, shanghai baosteel office block, shanghai Tongji university bridge hall, Shenzhen Vanke Head Office Building , Dalian World Trade Tower , Beijing Chaoyang district gymnasiumnasium and so on.
